My primary session location is in the Chisago City/Scandia, Minnesota area, where you'll find beautiful natural scenery—tall green grass, mature trees, and plenty of open space for families and children to explore. It’s the perfect setting for relaxed, natural photographs.


Sessions held at my primary location are offered at the package price listed above.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Are the sessions actually timed?

Yes. I have put in place a few packages based on the requests I have received from families over the years. There are days that I am shooting more than one session, so the package you book determines what I can offer that day to others. My time is very important to me. I'm a mom and a wife in addition to being a photographer.

2. arriving late?

Your session start time is when we will begin the session. If you are late to your session that will dive into your total session time. Most session days I have back to back sessions and I cannot have this cause a ripple effect. Thanks for understanding.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I'm a mom of 3-littles, I get things come up and sickness can happen on a whim. I ask that you be as open and quickly in communication with me as possible and we'll work together to adjust as needed. I do base my personal and photography schedule based off my session bookings, so please always keep that in mind when requesting to reschedule. In the case of rain and/or temperature (too hot/cold), I will ask to reschedule.

4. changing package after booking?

There are days that I am shooting more than one session and will not have the availability to offer you additional time for a session. If you are on the fence with a package -you'll never regret having more images to look back on of your family and more time is usually better to make sure you get all the poses in you were hoping for.

5. Can we bring a second outfit choice.

Yes, but only for the full album package. Changing into your outfits does go against the 50-minute session time.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes. Please send any my way before our session through email or text.

7. mini and classic album

These 2-packages are delivered with a set amount of images. You may not receive every pose that we took pictures of. If you are wanting to ensure you get the most images out of our session together please book the full album package. Editing is the longest process in a booking for me which is why there are 3-packages for you to choose from.

8. How long until I receive the final photos?

My turnaround time is 4-weeks. In your contract will list the exact date. You will receive your digital images by email in a gallery that you can download. You'll receive both web resolution which is intended for social media and high resolution which is recommended for printing.
